How to Get Involved: Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Get Your Documents Ready
Gather all required documents (including certificates).
Double-check that everything is up-to-date and correctly completed.
Step 2: Download Our Terms & Conditions, and Set Up Info
Print off our T&Cs so you know set up times and what's allowed and not allowed on site

Step 3: Submit Your Certificates
Once your documents are ready, send them to us.

Step 4: Make Your Donation
Once your pitch is confirmed, it's time to donate.
Your donation supports future events and park upkeep.
Donations are non-refundable and donation buckets will also be on-site during the event.

From the A30 Direction:
Travel along Eastern Green/A30 past Sainsbury's.
Take the second exit (get into the right hand lane) at the next roundabout, continuing on the A30, signposted to Land's End.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit to Treneere.
Travel 0.2 miles along Treweath Road until your reach the Princess May Recreation Ground on your left (opposite Humphry Davy school).
From Newlyn Direction:
For 0.7 miles, travel along The Coombe/B3315.
Turn right onto the A30.
Go straight ahead (2nd exit) at Mount Misery roundabout.
At Heamoor roundabout take the 3rd exit.
At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit to Treneere.
Travel 0.2 miles along Treweath Road until your reach the Princess May Recreation Ground on your left (opposite Humphry Davy school).
